Main purpose of position

Currently we are looking for an Office Manager  in Tunis, Tunisia to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As our Office Manager you will provide, coordinate and ensure efficient and professional office administration and lead the local office.

 

Main responsibilities 

 

Office management

  • Take lead and manage office premises and infrastructure;
  • Take lead and manage third party services and purchase of consumables;
  • Take lead and ensure Budget management and track of expenses.

 

Office and Admin operations

  • Ensure coordinate travel services and travel compliance;
  • Ensure coordinate IT and systems support;
  • Take lead and coordinate social events;
  • Manage correspondences, files, office equipment, office info etc.
  • Other ongoing office and admin operations

 

Reception management: Coordinate, manage and ensure that the daily operations are efficiently executed

 

Qualifications and competencies 

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience or relevant background from Office and organisation management.
  • Experiences of working in an international matrix organization.
  • Fluent both written and spoken in English
