Main purpose of position
Currently we are looking for a HR Coordinator in Tunis, Tunisia to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As our HR Coordinator you will ensure professional and efficient HR service and support to both managers, employees and HR colleagues within various HR areas. You will be part of the dynamic global HR team and contribute in all areas of HR and play a key role to ensure quality and efficiency.

 

Main responsibilities 

  • Manage full cycle of HR administration, including preparation of employment contracts and consultancy agreements
  • Ensure smooth and timely onboarding of new hires
  • Provide support and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for relocations and work permits
  • Support the implementation and development of compensation and benefits initiatives in Tunisia aligned with corporate guidelines and the broader total reward framework
  • Liaise with payroller providers and insurance companies’
  • Managing processes related to employees’ absences, leave, sickness and grievances handling
  • Contribute to a fair, inclusive and motivational work environment

 

Qualifications and competencies 

  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources Administration
  • diploma in Human Resource Management or similar
  • Experience of working in a multinational matrix organization
  • IT knowledge – familiar with e.g. SharePoint and MS Exchange
  • native/fluent Arabic language
  • Good working understanding (written and verbal) of English

Additional information: 12 months contract with possible extension
