Main purpose of position
Currently we are looking for an HR & Office coordinator in Bucharest, Romania to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As our HR & Office coordinator you will a pivotal point of our Romanian office and manages recruitment, HR management and office management. As our HR & Office Coordinator you will also provide, coordinate, and ensure efficient and professional office administration. As part of the P&O department you will contribute to an employee-orientated; high performance culture and work environment that emphasizes empowerment, equality, productivity, and alignment towards implementation of global strategies and local priorities.

 

Main responsibilities 

  • Office management: managing office premises and infrastructure; managing third party services and purchasing of consumables; budget management and track of expenses.
  • Core HR processes: support and follow up locally on the global HR processes: review, bonus, performance development; contribute to building a global and holistic performance and competence driven culture in country/region.
  • HR systems, data and analytics: Give training and support colleagues and managers in various HR systems; manage local payroll with 3rd party provider; develop and produce HR reports and presentations to management to be used both internally and externally.
  • Recruitment, Onboarding and Employer branding: contribute to timely recruitment and onboarding.
  • Support in recruitment processes; ensure a proper introduction and onboarding of new employees.
  • Contribute and develop internal communication messages and news updates to support Scatec employer branding.
  • HR, Office and Admin operations: coordinate travel services and travel compliance; coordinate IT and systems support; coordinate social events; manage correspondences, files, office equipment, office info etc.; ensure regulatory compliance related to work permits and tax

 

Qualifications and competencies 

  • Advanced diploma in Human Resource Management or degree in Office Management
  • Minimum 3 years general HR & office administration experience in an international matrix organization 
  • Excellent IT system knowledge – familiar with Sharepoint and MS Exchange 
  • Clear communication (both verbal and written) and people management skills 
  • Excellent administrative skills, structured 
  • Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative 
  • Solution-oriented / problem-solver 
  • Fluent in English and Romanian both written and spoken.  
  • Self-reliant and efficient
