Main purpose of position:
Currently, we are looking for an Sr HR Analyst in São Paulo - Brazil to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As our Sr HR Analyst, you will ensure the effective, compliant, and high-quality delivery of Personnel Administration, processes while acting as a trusted HR Business Partner for Corporate, EPC and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams at plant level, supporting leaders and employees with people-related matters and contributing to business continuity, legal compliance, and operational excellence.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of end-to-end Personnel Administration (DP) processes in compliance with Brazilian labor legislation (CLT) and collective agreements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, validate payroll outputs, and act as subject matter expert (SME) for payroll and DP-related topics.
- Manage employee lifecycle events including hiring, contract changes, terminations, vacations, absences, leaves, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations (eSocial, FGTS, INSS, taxes, social security, labor authorities).
- Implement and oversee end-to-end time tracking and attendance management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper integration with payroll.
- Define, review, and maintain policies and procedures related to working hours and time recording.
- Partner with O&M leadership to ensure adherence to labor regulations and minimize labor risks related to time tracking.
- Liaise with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll, labor, and personnel administration topics.
- Coordinate and monitor compliance-related processes linked to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), acting as HR focal point for labor and personnel administration interfaces.
- Act as the main HR point of contact for Corporate, EPC and O&M teams at plant level, supporting leaders and employees on HR policies, labor topics, and people-related matters.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary processes, performance issues, absenteeism, and workforce management.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for operational and administrative roles as required. (10% of the time).
- Coordinate with hiring managers on job requirements, selection processes, interviews, and hiring decisions.
- Support trainings and salary review cycles.
- Prepare and deliver HR and payroll-related reports, analyses, and insights to support decision-making.
- Review, document, and improve HR and DP processes, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Solid experience in Personnel Administration in Brazil.
- Experience acting as HR Business Partner for operational or industrial teams is highly desirable.
- Experience working with outsourced payroll providers and complex labor environments.
- Knowledge of collective agreements, NR1 and e-social is required.
- Advanced English (fluent written and spoken) mandatory, including participation in global meetings.
- Spanish is a plus.
