Main purpose of position
Currently we are looking for Site Admin Coordinator in Ras Gharib, Egypt to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future.

As our Site Admin Coordinator, you will ensure the effective management of site facilities and essential support services to maintain a safe, functional, and efficient working environment. You will coordinate with contractors and service providers to oversee services such as security, access control, utilities, cleaning, and office supplies, ensuring delivery in line with agreed quality and operational standards.

 

Main responsibilities 

  • Manage the basic services to maintain the site facilities functional and efficient (supply of electricity, water, cleaning, basic office material) interfacing with the contractors to ensure that services are provided with the agreed quality and efficiency.
  • Manage security of the site and access control, interfacing with the contractors to ensure that services are provided with the agreed quality and efficiency.
  • At request of Site Manager or Project Manager, tender and provide office consumables, furniture, small services and any other project related miscellaneous items.
  • Support Site Manager to manage Scatec Solar resources at site, controlling extra hours, rotations, commuting (daily to site / rotation), accommodation, expenses, benefits
  • Support Site Manager to manage the pull of vehicles to be used during construction, controlling the monthly expenses, maintenance, monitoring the usage of vehicles by drivers and any damage or traffic incidents / fees / penalty.
  • Support Site Manager to organize and host visits to site, including support with the logistics to arrive at site safely, prepare agenda and person from SSO team to follow the visitor during the stay at site

 

 

Qualifications and competencies 

  • Minimum Basic Education required; Technical, Administrative, or HR-related education is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a construction site environment is required.
  • Prior exposure to procurement activities is considered an advantage.
  • Experience in an HR Assistant or similar administrative support role is preferred.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience supporting EPC and/or renewable energy construction projects.
  • Fluent in local language (written and spoken) with intermediate English proficiency required.

Additional Information:

  • 12 Month Contract with potential contract extension (CONS)
