Main purpose of position
Currently we are looking for a Site Facilities Coordinator, Buciumi Project - Romania, to join our global team. You will manage the basic services to maintain the site facilities functional and efficient (security and access control, supply of electricity, water, cleaning, basic office material) interfacing with the contractors to ensure that services are provided with the agreed quality and efficiency. Act as coordination point between site stakeholders to ensure good collaboration environment.
Project location – Comuna Buciumi, Judetul Bacau
Main responsibilities
- Site Facilities & Services - Manage the basic services to maintain the site facilities functional and efficient (supply of electricity, water, cleaning, basic office material) interfacing with the contractors to ensure that services are provided with the agreed quality and efficiency. At request of Site Manager or Project Manager, tender and procure office consumables, furniture, small services and any other project related miscellaneous items.
- Logistics, Administrative, Coordination Support - Support Site Manager to manage Scatec resources at site, controlling extra hours, rotations, commuting (daily to site / rotation), accommodation, expenses, benefits. Support cost tracking and reporting. Act as coordination point between site stakeholders.
- Site Security & Access Control - Manage security of the site and access control, interfacing with the contractors to ensure that services are provided with the agreed quality and efficiency. Manage visitor access and security compliance. Monitor security performance and incident reporting.
- Vehicle Fleet Coordination - Support Site Manager to manage the pull of vehicles to be used during construction, controlling the monthly expenses, maintenance, monitoring the usage of the vehicles by driver and any damages or traffic incidents / fees / penalty
- Visitor & Site Events Coordination - Support Site Manager to organize and host visits at site, including support with the logistics to arrive at site safe-ly, prepare agenda and person from Scatec team to follow the visitor during the stay at site. Organize site visits and prepare agendas. Coordinate logistics and site access. Ensure visitors comply with site safety requirements
Qualifications and competencies
- Technical or Administration Education / RH Related
- Previous experience working on site construction environment
- Previous experience in procurement or logistics platform
- Previous experience in events organization
- Previous experience as HR assistant
- 1+ years working with EPC projects
- 1+ years management of renewable energy construction
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Language: Fluent both written and spoken in Romanian and English
