Why this role matters

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will help keep the office running smoothly by handling clerical tasks, assisting staff, managing communications, and maintaining accurate records.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will take ownership of analytical and reporting activities across the asset portfolio, including:

• Greet visitors and provide general assistance
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and office activities
• Maintain filing systems, records, and office documents
• Prepare, edit, and organize correspondence, reports, and forms
• Order and manage office supplies
• Handle mail, deliveries, and basic data entry
• Support managers and team members with administrative tasks
• Keep common office areas organized and professional
• Assist with invoices, receipts, and other basic office paperwork as needed
• Help in events organization

What you’ll bring

Experience and qualifications

• Bachelor degree – Can be a recent graduate
• Previous office or administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Professional, friendly, and dependable attitude
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
