As Site Admin Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of site facilities and support services. You will help create a safe, functional, and efficient working environment by coordinating site administration, facility management, logistics, and support services for project teams and visitors.
Working closely with the Site Manager, contractors, and service providers, you will ensure that critical site services are delivered effectively, enabling project teams to focus on successful project execution.
In this role, you will take ownership of site administration and support activities, including:
Coordinate site facility services, including utilities, cleaning services, office supplies, and general site administration
Manage site security and access control processes in collaboration with external service providers
Support procurement activities for office consumables, furniture, small services, and miscellaneous project requirements
Assist with workforce administration, including rotations, transportation, accommodation, overtime tracking, and employee support activities
Coordinate vehicle fleet administration, including usage monitoring, maintenance scheduling, expenses, and incident reporting
Support the planning and coordination of site visits, ensuring safe access, visitor logistics, and visit arrangements
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure services are delivered according to agreed quality and operational standards
Maintain accurate administrative records and support efficient communication between site teams and stakeholders
Your work will contribute directly to maintaining a productive and well-organized project site environment.

Hands-on experience in site administration, facilities coordination, and project support functions

Basic education required; technical, administrative, business, or HR-related education is preferred
Previous experience working in a construction site environment is required
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting EPC, construction, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects
Experience in administrative support, site coordination, HR assistance, or a similar role is preferred
Exposure to procurement or contractor coordination activities is considered an advantage
Fluent in Arabic with intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken
