Logistics Site Coordinator

The Logistics Site Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow, control, and availability of materials required for project execution. By maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating material deliveries and issuance, and supporting logistics operations across the project site, this role helps ensure uninterrupted construction activities, compliance with project requirements, and effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and documentation of materials, equipment, and containers arriving at the project site.
• Prepare and maintain Material Receipt Notes (MRNs), Material Issue Notes (MINs), and all supporting logistics documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, material tracking logs, and stock reconciliation activities across the project site.
• Monitor material issuance, consumption, transfers, returns, and storage locations to ensure visibility and accountability.
• Coordinate deliveries and transportation activities with suppliers, contractors, warehouses, and project stakeholders.
• Support construction teams by providing material status updates, inventory reports, and shortage or surplus alerts.
• Prepare logistics, inventory, transportation, and material control reports for project management and supply chain teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, documentation requirements, and HSE regulations across all logistics activities.

What you'll bring

Experience and qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, material management, or site coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing material receipt, issuance, inventory tracking, and stock reconciliation processes on construction or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of logistics documentation, delivery records, transportation coordination, and inventory control systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
